Little Things That Make Life Brighter

Moments of joy are always pleasing and exciting, as they fill our lives with good things as they flush away our sorrows, pains, and sadness. There have been several moments where I'm literally down emotionally, and it seems as though nothing can change or light up my mood, but surprisingly something plays out that completely changes my life from sadness to happiness. These are the kind of moments I long for, just like everyone else. No one wants to be sad, and peradventure we find ourselves there, the best thing that can happen is to see something that'll uplift our spirits, so in light of that, I'll be talking about things that can change my mood for good like magic.

So what then are those things that can light up my mood? For me there are actually a handful of them, and I'd be talking about them one after the other. The first is when I get good news when I wasn't expecting it. Receiving good news would definitely change the mood of anyone, and I'm no exception. Receiving good news makes me smile, happy, and renewed, and that's why it always changes my mood positively.

An act of kindness also has the ability to change my mood positively; be it that I'm on the giving or receiving end, I always feel the same way when an act of giving is being exhibited because of the joy of knowing I'm meeting someone's needs or someone is doing the same for me. My mood can also skyrocket when I see someone I love succeed, and that's because my heart is usually at that point filled with genuine happiness and excitement for the person. Of course, if I receive an alert, I'd always see my mood changes for good, especially when I know the money received is for me. My mood lights up, and I'm ready to dream again.

One of the most regular of all, and that happens often, is being around a buddy and seeing them smile. Their smile has a way of warming my heart, making me feel calm and excited even when I don't really have anything to show for it. I love babies, and playing with them is one of the things I enjoy doing, especially with a child who doesn't cry often. Being around them and seeing them smile has a way of changing my mood, and that, I believe, is because their smile is contagious and they're lovely to have around.
