The end of the year is fast approaching and weather conditions are changing quickly across the globe. How’s the weather at your end? Is it hot? Cold? Or a mixture of both?
How are you coping with it and what tips would you give others to stay healthy in such times.

Whether male or female, we all have those epic football moments from our past we still hold on to. What’s your best football moment? Was it when you were watching the World Cup finals with your family and friends?
Or was it the fun and excitement that came with your club winning the finals in that league? Or the sadness you felt when your team lost to another team? Share these memories with us let’s have fun.
KEEPING UP
No man they say is an island. We can’t do this life thing without others no matter what. As an individual, how do you keep up with others?
Sometimes we can loose track of things and get caught up on our own stuff. What measures do you put in place to stay keep in touch with your family, friends and acquaintances? Share with us .
