My morning intervals were slower all round than last week, but it feels good just to get though them.
I also stuffed my a Strava2hive post and had to edit so it did not seem to get picked up automatically.
The strava monthly stats are out.
The Elevation gain is incorrect, my watch is getting old and does not seem to read correctly.
My numbers are on the way back up.
