Today's Motivation

Literally, every step I take is a step toward getting my body back to feeling strong.

Log - Friday, 15 May

Day 12, and my back is feeling a bit better. My muscles feel worked though, a good kinda sore and stiff feeling. Yesterday's quick strength session really did something. Will look for more full-body movements to work smarter.

Managed a good walk today while catching up with a friend.

Knocking out the goals:

  • 5K Daily Step Count: ✅️🎉

  • Garmin Step Goal: 13188 - 190% reached.

  • 3 Workouts per week: 2 of 3.

  • Weekly Workout Minutes: 99
