Fitness log - Day #11 - Here we go again

Hey Guys,

Been trying to get back to posting regularly, but it's been a challenge. Here we are getting my ass back in gear.

Log - Thursday, 11 May

Day 11, and we're back, trying to document everything. My back is killing me, probably from having a 1-year-old constantly on my arm. Man is pushing 11 kgs, so who says I'm not lifting on the daily! Still did a short, quick workout, focusing on strength movements.
