I Have A Goal And I'm Stepping Forward To Accomplish It.

My name is Okoye-Onwudinjo Kelvin Chidubem. Some crazy friends of mine hardly call me by my name, "Kelvin," rather they call me "Ojewende," a local term for a stupid person. I got irritated at first after finding out the meaning of the word but as much as I like socializing with these crazy friends of mine, I was never bothered anymore.

MY GENESIS AND FAMILY LIFE.

I'm a native of Aguluzigbo, Anaocha L.G.A, Anambra State. I'm a twin and the fourth child in a family of five. I'm 20 years old and I was born on the 24th of March, 2003. While I was young, as a twin, I was abundantly loved by people around me(I and my twin actually), why? Because we were just twins. My Dad and Mum are the kind of parents one can imagine to be around with; interactive, funny, playful, and every other thing one can enjoy from a parent. But on the part of them being disciplined, they don't joke with their prayers. And on the part of me being the only English student in my family, it's usually interesting correcting my siblings when they speak out of line. The fact that my Parents and siblings are always being supportive of my endeavors, I'm always grateful and at the same time see to their needs in any way I can.

EDUCATION CONTEXT.

I kick-started my education life as a kid in Creche just as most of us did. I had my primary education and graduated with my secondary education at the age of 12. I kind of had a rough and tough time as a secondary school student but at the same time an enjoyable one. My principal back then was a very strict and disciplined person. Always looking for who to punish. Nevertheless, they put us through the basics; what we should know. I graduated in 2020 and then was offered a provisional admission into the Federal University Of Oye-Ekiti. I obviously accepted the admission offer and then started off as a fresher in 2021, a student of English and literary studies; a memorable year of stress and work. Here I am now, a bona fide 200-level student of English and literary studies who's looking to accomplish a lot and achieve greater heights.

HOBBY/HABITS

PLAYING AND WATCHING FOOTBALL

Like every other male, I love playing football as much as I love watching it also. Since the age of 15, I've always been intrigued by the way the ball was being moved around the field. Right now, I just wish my favorite club should be playing better than they are now but due to a drastic change in the team, they haven't been at their best but there's hope for the future.

WORKS OF ART

My interest in making artwork is high as I love to make drawings. I derive joy anytime I put myself down to make an artwork. I see this more as a talent than as a hobby because I live to draw a lot.

LISTENING TO MUSIC AND DANCING

I also love listening to music so much that I always get criticized by my mates who tell me I rather pursue music even though they know and always say I don't have an enticing and sweet voice. Dancing has always been a hobby I cherished since I was young. I always rise and move my body melodically and rhythmically anytime a song is being played. I was and still am the undoubtedly best dancer in my family. Till now they still give me that.

WRITING

The fact that I love writing always gives me the confidence that I can make something of this. And also it makes my thinking wide and broad. The fact that it also helps to engage me in different categories of work is why I made it a hobby.

HOW I GOT TO KNOW ABOUT HIVE?

As much as I also love writing, so does this friend of mine. @justfavour introduced me to Hive after I got intrigued by his seriousness whenever he's typing on his phone. All I knew then was that he derived joy in what he was doing and I couldn't wait to be part of what he did. I talked to him about it and he freely opened up to me.
I have just arrived and I know I'll gladly be up to learn, to share the knowledge I have and be open to linking up with Hive community.
