I think the marcus wahl case is a silly disagreement between client and developer, from what I know (which isn't much), its completely the client's fault

My understanding of the case is that the client continuously moved the goalposts, and then made a scene to try to get a full refund after lots of work was done.
I have seen several deliverables with regards to this job, which is where my belief that lots of work was done comes from.
When I asked for the complete scrape of the discord chats, so that I could personally make the rebuttle, I never got access to the information.
