RE: HBD is an Anchor on HIVE and Hive Engine

I watched your videos on relationship dynamics.

It is a good metaphor that says that our trying to play a subservient roll on other networks won't position HIVE for a positive future.

Sadly, the best hope for HIVE is Hive Engine. There are some games which are attracting users.

Dude STFU about the subservient roll stuff.
You aren't going to have to have this many receipts stacked on top of each other and not have some level of success out there. https://www.instagram.com/brianphobos/

The whole HIVE things is a way different scenario. Every blockchain at this point has to intertwine via wrapped assets, the IBC, bridging services.....etc. This is no different than computers, cell phones, and other devices running different software having to all be able to communicate and send information over the Internet.

I think Hive Engine was a great adaptation when Ned Scott and Steemit Inc couldn't roll out their token plan. Seems to be working decent but personally I wasn't jumping at that myself because it didn't seem to be a decentralized scenario where you were uploading contract code to a particular address like we see with Ethereum / EVM or the EOSIO implementations.

You have one of the best chances to build an actual metaverse or a pretty sophisticated game like a First Person Shooter or a Racing game on HIVE. You have the community and you have human readable usernames.

The reason this is so hard to actually pull off is because of funding and marketing.
Or it has to be an extremely brilliant dev who is able to crank out something others haven't been able to pull off.

Crowd funding through the community outside of the proposals becomes precarious especially for US based groups.
