What do I write? My Ranting Post!!!

Yesterday I found it difficult to publish a post. I kept waiting for an idea of what to write but couldn't. The time was running and it was almost getting late. It's so funny how when you need to get something done or are in a hurry, the time seems to be running like it's been chased, but when you aren't doing anything and no deadlines approaching, the clock seems to be moving at a slow pace like a snail dragging its stomach on the ground.

One thing I don't like is travelling. I mean when I am on a journey, it's always hard to get settled down to write something. It's at that point that all ideas would vanish, and you'd be begging the universe to bring something simple for you to write on. Other times, you might find a simple prompt, but the idea of how to start would be a herculean task.

Many times, before I travel, I used to draft a few posts in advance so it won't give me much problem. All I need is to just edit and publish, but this time around, I didn't prepare for it. I thought everything would go just fine. Little did I know it wouldn't be easy for me.

I travelled last week, on Thursday, for a wedding program of one of our relatives, and it has been so tight since then. It took the grace of God to post in these few days. I returned back today and I had to prepare for a program happening in church this evening.

I was already typing this post and along the line, I was feeling sleepy. I decided to stop and sleep with the thought of finishing up the post when I return from the program and here I am currently typing this and finalising all to be published.

I have not been active and this week would be tight for me again. If you are a Baptist member, you would know there is a youth convention (Arise Congress) happening from Wednesday to Saturday at Ogun State (3 hrs journey from here - Ibadan) and trust me, I don't know how to divide myself to keep up here. But one thing is sure, I will definitely be posting but won't engage much as I ought to do.

I will be free from next Sunday, as there's no program for this year, I think, which I am hoping wouldn't warrant me travelling until December because I don't like travelling, like I said. It's always a whole lot of stress for me. Since I don't have anything to write about, here is a rant about how the days have been and would be for me and I hope you all will understand if you aren't seeing me much on your posts 🙂
