I run a small business where I sell Mambo Ice made from traditional ingredients such as mung bean, black and sticky rice, and milk. The profit margin for each item stands at approximately 50% gross, resulting in a net profit of around 30%. This ensures the business remains viable.
On any given day, I am able to sell between 100 to 150 sticks of Mambo Ice, generating an income of about $8 to $10 per day. While this income adequately supports my family, additional streams of revenue are necessary for paying bills; one of these sources is Hive.
My selling routine involves setting out around 10 a.m. to market my products before returning home at 3 p.m. to pick up my daughters from school. Following this, I resume selling until around 8.30 p.m.
This endeavor requires considerable effort, but the modest profits obtained benefit everyone at home. It has been demonstrated that even a small profit can be instrumental in ensuring survival during various challenges.
Looking ahead, I aspire to increase sales by creating appealing banners to entice new customers. Additionally, I have plans to rent a small space to diversify product offerings in the future. While $10 daily may not seem substantial, it sufficiently supports my five-member family.
