We were happy with the harvest, there's more to come! They do shrink when you dehydrate them, so several harvests can fit in a mason jar.

Does it taste much different from a store-bought one and the fresh one?

We think so, it's a richer flavor and the loose flowers makes the water a beautiful golden color. Likely better health benefits as well!
