I wasn't offended, my friend. I didn't take it as criticism, just a reflection on how relative effort is. You're a doctor, from what I see in your biography.
Where do you think a person sees more effort in a heart transplant or in bandaging an ankle?
And if the transplant was done in a London hospital and the bandaging was done in the Gaza Strip?
