I read a little bit up on the Ketonic Diet and what it included and what the benefits should be and such and then I asked ChatGPT to make me a monthly lunch & dinner plan without any diary which I just needed to follow and then we were all good right?
The Source is Googles AI summary, not sure I can link to that properly x)
So there is something called the Keto Flu and I got it on day 3. I just felt sick & nausea and I could properly keep it "together" if I worked normal hours, but when you feel like shit and you have to work 9 hours and have 1 hour drive home, its fucking tough. Also on day 3, I learned about Net Carbs compared to Total Carbs and that completely rekt my brain.
Net Carbs the formula isn't hard to understand, but it just doesn't make sense when something like my Peanutbutter I have goes into negative Net Carbs xD So I don't know if Net Carbs are shown on products here in Denmark or if its Total Carbs after all of that, I kinda gave up.

I do want to give another go at some point, but I need to do more research and be more prepared on how to manage the "flu". I might also ease into it slowly now so I don't cut my carbs down so fast.
I did feel like I had more energy much of the time even when I felt sick, but I did also have a hard time falling sleep x)
Its honestly sounds very good and all. But it doesn't give me any weight to go for which just makes it even harder than it have to be. I have to tweak my prompt for sure.
Also, if you are curious to way I wanted to try the Keto Diet. Well, I just like to try new stuff here and there and/or I want to try and optimize everything, including my diet even though the one I had worked very good xD
I've grown to realize that it's for sure about balance. We have to cover the bases because the food just isn't as nutritious as it used to be. The only one that makes absolutely NO fucking sense is Vegan lol
Keto seems pretty good in a lot of ways. I for some reason always think of Paleo when I hear Keto though.
My big win over the last decade is intermittent fasting! That has helped me the most, I would say.
Fuck balance! My adhd ass just fucking wings every shit! haha :D
Well, I was Vegan for 3 years. Gotta say, its a lot easier going into Veganisme than Keto xD No "Vegan Flu", only hard stools xD
I did that for a long time, but I can't anymore. I am up way to early for that and my job can be hard, so I don't have the energy to wait to eat anymore :c
