Lovely Swans With Cygnets on the Lake Today
The Swans on the Lake Today were really quite amazing, like little family units grazing on the grass bank in the sunshine. Whenever I walked too close to them they hissed at me, so I backed off a bit. Hence the photos are not as close as I would of preferred, but I didn't want to scare them back into the water.
I walked further to try to spot some more, but they must of been hiding on the tiny island in the middle of the lake. They often go there when they want some peace and security from humans. Eventually I made my way back home. I will find the rest of them another day.
At the moment there are three pairs of Swans with Cygnets (in total), they are such a beautiful sight to see. I hope you enjoy my photos....
