I'm back to playing after being very discouraged by the game. The rework on the $GODS token farm was a huge blow to the amount of tokens I was farming, but I managed to find a way to mitigate the impact a little and keep playing.
In the last update, there was a rework on the $GODS farm, where I was farming about 3$GODS per day. Soon after, with the same deck, I was farming about 0.1$GODS. This was because my deck was almost all in Meteorite quality. I was very discouraged and only started playing again because, luckily, I still had some $GODS and I had the idea of looking for the cheapest card that could fit into my deck. So I bought 2 Valka' Favored in Diamond quality for about 12$GODS each, mitigating the impact a little. The sad thing is that this card is really bad and made me lose several games.
Before the update
After the update
As I said before, I was already playing Gods Unchained and had a reserve of tokens to cushion this damage, the ones with the values above are with exactly the same deck, now imagine who will start playing, how will the player be motivated to play every day? How will he buy cards to make the market move? I understand the problem of bots in the lower leagues but I don't think it's worth sacrificing new players along with the bots.
My deck had to be changed to add the two Valka's Favored, I removed a Viking Warmaiden and a BloodGuard, this change greatly affected the performance of my deck, as Valkas Favored is a very bad card that only gets in my way when I buy it in the match, with this current deck I can only stay in the Midnight Shadow rank and sometimes I go up to Auric Gold.
The two cards I bought were just to improve the token farm, the Amazon Spellcather is actually good and helps me a lot at various points in the game, but Valka's Favored is horrible, the price of these cards went up a lot because Valka's was already costing almost 20$GODS these days.
I was out of action for a long time, but I managed to farm some packs and some tokens after improving the quality of my deck. In the packs, I managed to get at least one epic, the Tartessian Bloodaxe.
I managed to farm 94.03 shards, an average of 13 shards/day. The day I tried to play with the old deck brought this average down. It should improve in the next few weeks. With this amount of shards, I got 4,485$GODS, an average of 0.64$GODS/day. The drop was so big that I won't even make comparisons this week. Each victory is earning me around 0.195$GODS.
It won't be easy, the desire to abandon the game is growing stronger and stronger because it's even harder to get the cards. I have to take advantage of the weekend events more and get at least one pack of NFTs so I can sell them and speed up my $GODS token farm. My focus now is to always look for the cheapest cards in my deck and try to buy several copies of it, improving their quality. It will probably be the Amazon Spellcatcher.

Hi, I would suggest playing with 2x Warmonger Smith.
Try playing with a second buff like Refume Serum or Another Round.
Try playing with Enduring Shield.
You're also missing the Woodcutter Imps.
Keep in mind you're playing an aggro deck and you should adjust your strategy to play very very aggressively, that's how to make this sort of deck work.
I have two copies of Enduring Shield, I thought it was slower than Blade of Styx, I'm going to test it again.
I saw these buffs here and they look good, I'm going to test them too, they'll give me more options for plays since I'll be able to play with the useless Vaalkas Favored.
Woodcutter Imps is my dream, it was going to be my next card, but my PC broke and when I came back I was faced with this upgrade, I had to spend the tokens to improve the quality of the deck, I think that with one more diamond card the farm should Look cool, then I'll save up to buy the Imps.
Thanks for the tips.
So if a Diamond Valka Favored is hurting your win rate, I think you should sell it, especially if you can turn a profit now.
You are being too penalized for playing at a low rank, I think you'd earn more with a better deck at a higher rank.
Playing in Solar Gold or Diamond with a worse deck full of Diamonds can be more profitable than playing in Mythic with a meta deck, but in Auric and below the multiplier takes a huge hit, so I think the first thing is to try and stay in Solar with the best deck you can afford and shine it up as you go along.
Another common advice from many people is to shine up the good Core cards first. Gold Core cards are quite cheap and you can work from there and slowly shine them up to Diamond.
Most of the Core cards you have in your deck are really strong and you'll probably use them for a long time, so it won't be a wasted effort.
