Huhm, I love this.
It shows clearly how small mistakes can lead to big issues later and how important it is to keep records.
Keeping records and receipts of school payments can save one from unnecessary problems. Reminds me of how my brother was asked to produce the receipts of all what he paid for from his 100level up until his final year in school, if had been careless about it, it would have been another story entirely.

I know people in my department who had issues graduating because they thought departmental levy receipt wasn't important.
