LITTLETON: Why do you have to waste my time every single day? You've always been like this since you were born.
DUMBLOCK: You're not better either. Well it's not as if you're well placed for this job. Your height alone will discourage your interviewers. (He laughs). So why arrive so early when you even have little chances .
LITTLETON: And what are you good at, dumb ass? You're better off drinking and wasting your life chasing bar girls who will only render your life useless. Ohh, lest I forget you already are. (He laughs)
DUMBLOCK: Enough of your insults, little brat.

(Nisha enters)

NISHA: Can't you brothers do without arguing and insulting yourselves for just a day?
DUMBLOCK: Well I think your friend here needs an advice.
LITTLETON: It's my fault I asked for your accompaniment. (He hisses).
DUMBLOCK: Of cour...
NISHA: Shut up! Enough!
NISHA: Littleton you have something more important than this and all you can do is to mince words with your little brother. Get up, your interview is in about thirty minutes.
DUMBLOCK: What happens to my accompaniment?
NISHA: You sit your ass down! I have had enough.

(Littleton gets up and exit with Nisha through the back door. With just ten minutes more at their disposal, they arrive at Edgar's Publishing Limited.
Nisha opens the brightly well-furnished decorated door on the left with the inscription "PUSH TO OPEN" at the center of it.
They are calmly welcomed with a soothing voice.)

MR. WINSTON: Welcome, Mr. and Mrs. to Edgar's Publishing Limited, where we offer the best services for your satisfaction.
LITTLETON: (He laughs) We are no couples Mister, just friends.
MR. WINSTON: Ohh, I'm sorry for the misinterpretation. My apologies.
NISHA: Ohh, its no problem. My friend here received a job offer three days ago and he's here for the interview.
MR. WINSTON: Yes, very well. Are you Mr. Littleton Benjamin?
LITTLETON: Yes.
MR. WINSTON: Okay. Anyways your time's running out. Just move straight, ask for Miss Clarina at the first sitting by your right.
LITTLETON & NISHA: Thank you very much Sir.

(As they use their eyes to feast on the beauty of such a huge establishment, while moving forward they approach a young man at the first sitting.)

NISHA: Good morning Sir. We were told we could find Miss Clarina at the first sitting.
LIAM: I'm Liam by the way. I'm secretary to Miss Clarina. What can she do for you?
NISHA: We received a job offer and we're here for the interview.
LIAM: If I'm not mistaken, a person received the job offer not two.
LITTLETON: Ohh, yes. That's me. I'm here for the interview.
LIAM: Okay. Young woman you can sit at the waiting section while he goes in for his interview.

(As Nisha steps backwards, she wishes him good luck as she watches him enter the office.
Littleton opens the office door.)

LITTLETON: Good morning ma. My name is Littleton Benjamin. I received a job offer three days ago and I'm here for the interview.
MISS CLARINA: Oh, yes of course. But you're two minutes late. Your chances of getting this job is slim, I'm sorry. But first hand me your documents.
LITTLETON: But ma, I'm sorry. The traf...
MISS CLARINA: Your documents please!
LITTLETON: Here they are ma.
MISS CLARINA: Going through this I can see why you think you can get the job, or aren't you that hopeful?
LITTLETON: Yes ma, I am.
MISS CLARINA: But you know, most times, these so-called documents doesn't please me even if they are encouraging. So let me ask you, if you get this job, are you ready to place it above every other things? Are you ready to make EPL {EDGAR'S PUBLISHING LIMITED} succeed in every publishing aspect? Are you ready to make the hard choices and put your work first?
LITTLETON: I am, ma. I am ready.
MISS CLARINA: Then don't make me regret this decision.
You can start tomorrow. Meet Liam outside he'll give you some documents to sign on. And to make myself clear, if you're late tomorrow, you lose your job tomorrow.
LITTLETON: Understood ma. I won't let you down. Thank you ma. Thank you.
MISS CLARINA: You can leave now.
LITTLETON: Okay ma.

(Littleton opens the door and exits the office. With a smile on his face, he walks happily towards Nisha.)
