Not a Sunny Sunday: Two Dishes for Lunch and Finally Received the Kitten Feeding Bottle I Need

I couldn't go with Mama to the market because Mommy D left home early this morning. And so, I just asked Mama to buy Mommy F the ingredients for today's lunch. We like had a short meeting just about the dish that we're going to make today, lol. It's hard to decide but I suggested ro just get Milk Fish. It's not a good choice but it is better than nothing.

But before that, let me share first this kitten feeding bottle that I ordered online. The bottle is the right size, it's actually cute. They even send this this clip. But, I thought it is a set which include different type size of nipples and a brush. But they only sent this, that's why I am really disappointed ಥ⁠_⁠ಥ, aigoooo.

Still, this bottle really is useful especially Maymay doesn't have much milk on her breast. You can see the size difference of the two babies right? The small one is actually the eldest ƪ⁠(⁠‾⁠.⁠‾⁠“⁠)⁠┐

Anyways, going back to the Milk Fish, ehe

There it is (⁠◍⁠•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠◍⁠), I think it is still fresh. It's a whole fish, just slightly big and its half kilo. Half kilo is 100 pesos only, we got luck coz they're cheaper now compare week ago which is ranging from 220 to 260 pesos per kilo. And its fatty, yum, yum. I asked Mama to asked the seller to cut them like this. Sadly she forgot to to asked to remove its scales haha. So I just remove them myself

Seasoning time! I just put mince garlic init, salt, ground pepper and MSG. I regretted that I didn't put calamansi or vinegar in it. You see, vinegar is bad for Mommy F, so, I decided not to put some which I regretted later on, aigoooo

Now, Milk Fish is the kind of fish tyat when you fry it, it will shower you with love and flying oil, haha, it burst, creating a fireworks of oil, lolol. And so, my solution for it was to coat it with flour. ƪ⁠(⁠‾⁠.⁠‾⁠“⁠)⁠┐

Next is cooking time! But actually, before frying it, I rest it for 30 minutes to marinate it. You know to absorbed all the taste inside of the fish. And then its frying time

Minutes later ＼⁠(⁠^⁠o⁠^⁠)⁠／, it's done! Frying it is just easy. As long as you have the right amount of oil and right care, you'll get a crispy Milk Fish coated in flour. It smells so good guys (⁠^⁠.⁠_⁠.⁠^⁠)⁠ﾉ

But you know what's perfect to pair with Fried Milk Fish aside from rice? VEGGIES! It's vegetable dish!

We have bitter gourd here given by Mommy D's nephew. When I saw it, I instantly thought of a perfect recipe for it with eggs and tomatoes..

Here's the other ingredients and I just cut the bitter ground like this. I also massage it with iodized salt.

And actually, I requested to Mommy D to cook it, and she did. I seriously love my Sauteed Bitter gourd with lots of egg. I feel like it helps lessen its bitterness which made it more enjoyable to eat it. And with fried fish, the meal will be more enjoyable and better. Nyam,nyam ♪⁠ ⁠\⁠(⁠^⁠ω⁠^⁠\⁠ ⁠)

By the way, I mentioned "Sad" in my title, today's really a sad day. I am in regret and i'm really hating myself right now. Maymay died! In a brutal way. There's no one to blame here but myself. I should've never open her cage last night ⊙⁠﹏⁠⊙. Although she's inside our house, she can still go outside using the roof. Her babies will turn 1 month tomorrow. But now they have no mother anymore. Pichi Pichi, the eldest can used the feeding bottle but the second can't. I had ro force her into drinking milk so that she won't starve. I really hate myself now. I am still uttering how sorry I am to Maymay. I hope she can hear me and I don't really want her forgiveness. I prefer it if she'll get mad at me. (⁠｡⁠ŏ⁠﹏⁠ŏ⁠)
