[WE 147] The Greatest lie ever told

The biggest lie I ever told is...

I relocated to another state in the year 2019 in order to change an environment and I stay with my sister who is a publisher. And after my relocation I got a teaching job that the pay was better than where I was coming from and not even far from home all thanks to my sister. I was really happy with my job and I was doing it wholeheartedly not until I was relieve suddenly, I have shared in one of my previous post. I was traumatized because I never except that. I was able to get another job through the same school.

My new place of work was not as conducive as where I was coming from but I kept managing hopping for a better one. I was able to get a better one through the help of my sister, but I don't know how to tell my Boss I was going for a job interview. I told one of my colleague about it and she said we should lie and it should be a huge one.

I rack my brain and I was able to come up with a beautiful white lie. I narrate my lie to my friend which was also a colleague and it was perfect👌.
Immediately my Boss came I drop the bomb: I told him that my sister was in her last stage of her pregnancy and she just called me now that she slip and fell and she couldn't get her husband so I want to go and help her, meanwhile my sister was not even pregnant. My Boss being a human and blood running through his vein, he gave me permission to go.

The interview was successful and I was asked to resume. I had to lie again Wow, I went to my Boss and tell him that my Mom said I should come back home with immediate effect but the lie seems not to be working well because he requested for my Moms number, so have to call my Mom to
inform her before he could call her and I explain to her. He called my Mom and she help me to accomplish my work. One lie give birth to another one.
