My Best Bet
If you could have any animal on the planet for a pet (except a cat or dog) what would you choose and why?)
I do not know why I picked this particular topic to write on because I know that there was a time that I didn't like animals, not any, it was so bad that when my friends sit to talk about the animals they would love to have as a pet in their house, I always categorically told them that I didn't like it and wasn't interested in having any in my house.
I wasn't a pet person, I couldn't stand dogs especially because of their nature, and the fact that u had experienced what it means like to be chased by an angry dog, and also I had this bad notion about cats, the cultural superstitions of what cats do, and what they represent. In fact, once I come face to face with a dog, my body gets rigid and I become blank, and once I come face to face with cats, I begin chanting "The blood of Jesus" like my life is on the line and it depends on the name for survival, like I practically go into survival mode.
Now, it's different entirely, I wish to have dogs, and cats as pets in my house perhaps because I have evolved, been around these animals and I have realized that they are fun to be with, but this prompt makes an exception to both animals, so if I am going for any animal as a pet I would love to have a PARROT as a pet, the talking parrot specifically.
I may not have come in physical contact with them but I have watched them and I think they are going to be a very funny animal to keep as a pet around especially since they talk about what they see, it will be so much fun to have a pet in your house, that talks about everything they see you or someone else do around. They get to snitch on everyone and anyone within their perimeter and not care, lol, I am just imagining it and I think it will be so much fun to have such an animal as a pet.
