Enjoying Life Without Alcohol

Hey everyone! In response to the weekend-engagement topic prompt I want to discuss something thats both serious and funny so lets dive into it by looking at a kung fu tale, for illustration.

Do you remember that cult classic movie "Drunken Master" where Jackie Chan played the misbehaving young lad who was trained in the secret drunken boxing style? In that film, it seemed like you had to intoxicate yourself, drink alcohol to the gills before you could master that unique martial arts style. But if you watched it closely, that's not exactly what it meant.

The real message wasn't that you have to go crazy with drinking before you can enjoy or succeed at anything. It was about having a free spirit, an uninhibited mindset, the ability to move with confidence and fluidity while also maintaining focus - that's what Jackie Chan's character needed to master through drinking.

You don't need to drink alcohol at all costs to enjoy life and have fun at social gatherings, like Jackie Chan did in that film. Indeed there are individuals who find joy and contentment in abstaining from alcohol

While its acknowledged that alcohol may aid individuals in unwinding and becoming more sociable at gatherings akin, to the portrayal of Jackie Chans character it doesn't imply that it's the avenue for their enjoyment. Numerous individuals who choose not to consume alcohol still possess the ability to revel in parties and social gatherings like participants, in real life festivities!

In my humble opinion on this matter, if you have a strong mind, positive vibes, and the confidence to be free as if you've drunk a gallon of alcohol, you can always enjoy life to the fullest without drinking anything!

It's the person's mindset that matters most, not alcohol. Just like in that drunken boxing style, it's about being uninhibited, carefree yet full of focus and control - that's what's paramount.

Some people think that to be lively and jolly at a party means you must drink until you start misbehaving, like the drunken master. But that's not correct at all! It's better to be in control of yourself like a true master so you can remember and cherish the fun memories you create.

If some people still try to shame you and pressure you to drink just to belong to their clique, don't follow them in misbehaving! Tell them that, just like the drunken master, you don't need alcohol to be happy, free, and enjoy life to the fullest.

It's only people who lack self-confidence that always rely on alcohol to be jolly at gatherings. People with inner joy, a carefree spirit yet full control like the real drunken masters, they always radiate positive energy even without drinking anything.

Yes, alcohol can be enjoyable when consumed in moderation. But too much alcohol causes countless troubles and regrets in people's lives. That's why it's better for a person to have a masterful sense and enjoy in moderation, if you do want to drink at all.

Just look at the bigger picture: it's not drinking alcohol that will automatically make your life sweet and enjoyable like the drunken master. Many great people throughout history never needed to drink to be lively, free yet in full control, and spread good vibes at events. It's about focusing on enjoying the company of good people, the music, the food, the positive mastered atmosphere; that's the main thing.

Conclusion: At the end of the day, anyone who needs to drink before they can enjoy social times like Jackie Chan's drunken character, that person hasn't mastered the real way to live life. You need to have inner mastery, confidence, a free spirit, and joy that comes from within - that's how you'll always be jolly at social events.

Don't let anyone deceive you into thinking you must drink like you've gone crazy to be happy like the drunken master. True mastery means you've freed yourself from needing anything external to be happy. That's the higher knowledge!

That's right! Drinking alcohol doesn't give one the overall enjoyment needed in social gatherings. We need that inner mastery and confidence to move!

I can vividly relate with this message. I was once in that shoe. My mindset was tailored towards believing that I needed to drink alcohol to accomplish some tasks.

I did that for years before summoning the courage to quit consumption of alcohol. It is then that I realized that I can indeed achieve any set goals which relying on alcohol as aid.

This is absolutely correct. Drinking alcohol for the aim of enjoying life or being high is not the best thing; one can enjoy life to the fullest without being drunk with alcohol. It is only when one lacks confidence that they rely on alcohol to do it for them.
Thanks for sharing this amazing thought ❤️

The major thing that influence most people mindset about alcohol drinking is peer pressure. Most individual find it difficult to restrain themselves from doing the same things their friends are doing.

I have never been a fan of alcohol neither do I consider it to be an element of fun.
