We can characterize it as a feeling or emotion that triggers and demonstration of affection, connects people, makes a person wish good for others or something specific, is capable of uniting individuals under any circumstances, is intense and in some cases, "blind", you are not able to see the defects of the person next to you, a beautiful, wonderful and relatively dangerous feeling. You are able to "love beyond your flaws", a situation of "natural addiction" or desire to be next to someone or something in particular is created. Experiencing true love is something everyone aspires to, it's a pleasant feeling, you give yourself without wanting reciprocity.

We can say that it is the opposite of love, it is a negative feeling or emotion that is characterized by anger, aversion, resentment or the desire to do harm to someone or something in specific. Hatred is usually triggered by an external cause, dealing with a situation that traumatized you can trigger this feeling. It's something as intense as love, we can say that they are sides of the same coin, for experts, both are born in the same area of the brain. The social form of hatred creates a relationship of offensive reciprocity in your mind, you are unable to analyze situations and act sanely, it is a feeling that can dominate you and take over your life, in some cases, there is no return.

It is a positive feeling, a necessary foundation for coexistence between individuals and the relationship with society. It is something that activates our empathy, we start to have a different view of the world, when there is someone we admire, we have a more attentive look, consideration and admiration, which becomes something mutual. When respect is broken, lives are destroyed or destabilized, it is a powerful feeling, capable of maintaining positive feelings like love or transforming them into something perverse like hate.

Loving and hating go hand in hand, the line that differentiates them can be fragile and delicate, just like respect. A relationship with an individual you love can be cruel, over time, the daily maintenance of a relationship can be exhausting, it is necessary moments of interaction and leisure situations that light up the constant flame of love, something that should never be broken is mutual respect, when this line is broken, the worst feelings can appear, something that no one aspires to.

There is an interesting contradiction between love and hate, it is possible to love and hate the same person at the same time, even when hating it is possible to highlight feelings of desire and wanting to be on the side of the person you hate, these are feelings that can transform in the face of situations.
