What do you do when you're so indulged in work that you hardly take out time for anything? You don't take out time for yourself, don't sit with the boys anymore and hardly go out. The worst thing is when you have an adventurous nature but the work burdens you so much, you've to give up on trips and fun for some time. This affects your sanity beyond limits. For someone who loves traveling, is an extrovert and enjoys good company, indulging in so much work gets toxic sometimes. The only way out seems to be making the most of your time with your work buddies but ofcourse they can't match vibe you have with your friends but you can still have fun.
I am stuck in a routine like that. Hospital, work, sleep repeat. This weekend was the same but with a slight change. One of my friends called me and told me me that I'm coming with him to a farmhouse that he has booked this Sunday. Did you notice, I didn't write he asked me, he literally told me. I tried to dodge this as Sunday is the only day I get time to sleep but he was in no mood of anything of that sort. Long story short I had to agree
We were on the road by 7 in the morning headed towards the farmhouse which was located a few miles off the city. Made a pit stop on the Highway where we got some refreshments. Oh, one thing while reading this post. I clicked a lot of pictures for you all to really feel the post.
We had to quick about it as we had to reach the farmhouse before everyone for a friend's birthday decorations. This was all a surprise for her so we had to be quick about everything and had to complete the decorations before her arrival.
The boys and the girls got to work immediately. But before I move on to that, let me show you the farmhouse first.
The farmhouse had an excellent ambience and a lot of space for accommodating 20-25 people at once. The price of the farmhouse from 9 am to 7 pm was:
PKR | HIVE |
---|---|
12,000 | 115 |
Pretty economical if you ask me. Anyway, as I mentioned we immediately got to work. We had to decorate the whole hut. Atleast a hundred balloons were to be inflated, had to make a cocktail, put up the decor items, pack the gifts, arrange everything. We were a group of 7 people who were assigned to do that and that too in only an hour. There was chaos all around. My friend who had arranged all of this was managing the event, he was guiding us on what to do. While doing all the work, I tried to capture all the moments, let's look at them:
Everything was ready and now we were waiting for the woman of the day to arrive. Infact, women. We were celebrating two birthdays together. About 10 minutes later we heard car noises getting closer to the hut. The cars had already entered the farmhouse. We all hid ourselves and as soon as they entered the hut, we sang out birthday song for them out loud.
It was a real wholesome moment to be honest. She had no idea of all this arrangement, all they knew was that we were hanging out at the farmhouse this weekend. I tried to capture the moments to the best of my capabilities.
They were immediately taken to the sitting area where the cakes, the candles, the gifts, munchies, everything was already set up. All they had to do now was cut the cakes.
After the cake was cut and everybody had a bite, the real party started. Different groups were automatically made and we all started doing whatever we wanted. A couple of people went inside the pool, few of them started munching on the chips and soda. A few of them joined the singing session. One of the boys had brought a guitar with him and was singing while the rest gathered around him singing in a chorus. A few boys started their own cricket match while some played foosball. Once again, I captured a lot of moments.
Highlights of the day was Raagu. A beautiful, cute little dog brought by one of our friends, he was soo beautiful that I couldn't set my eyes off him.
Isn't he the cutest? He was an year and a half and had so much energy in him. Running around the whole farmhouse like an excited little kid on an outing. After spending some time with him, I took a few pictures of the activities going on and then sat with my boys to chill for a while.
I played a couple of cricket matches as well. I pretty shit while batting but did exceptionally good in bowling as I took 3 wickets in a match. We played two games in which our team won one. After a tiring cricket session in the scorching heat, I went inside, took a shower and then jumped directly into the pool. Too bad, I don't have a single pool photo of myself, but I do have a few post pool session pictures.
After spending quite some time in the pool, it was finally time for Lunch. We had a lot of fun in the pool and got a lot tired as well due to ball fights. There were around 50 plastic balls inside the ball and you what happens when boys get inside. A war. Anyway, for food we had Chicken Biryani and soft drinks.
It started to get dark after lunch. We had another cricket session before it got completely dark. Another activity was already pre planned as we had brought fluorescent light wrist bands to get some aesthetic photos. Everyone was handed out one band and we took a group photo which turned out to be very good.
This was it from my weekend. I hope you all enjoyed reading it and looking at the pictures. This was my first post in this community and I intend on posting regularly here.

I am glad that you HAD to go, hahaha, you had no choice but to go and enjoy your day! The routine and constant work don't give us time to relax, have fun and be with friends. But we have to find time fo that! For our mental health!
So, were the ladies happy with the decoration and the gifts? The white little dog is so cute, a fluffy one!!
Hahaha, Ikr. I had no mood of hoing but my friends literally forced me to tag along. Indeed the constant work life stress that we are all facing in our own ways drains out all the energy and for a healthy body and a healthy mind escapades like these with friends are really important.
Hahahah,I am glad you asked this. It's very hard to please the female gender 😂😂
They were very happy with all the arrangements and the gifts and everything. One of them even shed some tears
Hahaha, yes, it's not always easy to please the female gender, but sometimes it's just small details and attention that work the best :D

Be careful when supporting this user
You are indirectly supporting a group of scammers who are expanding their network on Hive.
Event-Horizon & Huzaifanaveed are so-called country representatives on Steemit. Which is to mislead hundreds of newbies about steemit by luring the highest rewards from the steemit team. They have well recognized the separation and centralization of the platform but for the lure of rewards, they thought of staying there. They built their own communities, invited innocent people to Steemit and forced them not to join the Hive platform or they wouldn't support them.
They imposed Club 100 and Burnsteam 25 rules on his people. They asked newcomers for beneficiary rewards for their accounts, They ask for the delegations to their accounts to get support from the steemit team. So-called booming support, steamcurators, and their high-value accounts.
They started cheating on the steemit platform by creating fake accounts to get more rewards.
Once they succeed in their venture on Steemit, they start flocking to the Hive blockchain to fool the hive community. For the past three months, some idiots have been trying to spread their network over the hive by implementing fake accounts that started plagiarizing the platform. The OCD community stops supporting intro posts until they introduce their on borders. So they join their accounts and start creating quality content to gain fame so they can create fake accounts in their name.
Examples:

https://hive.blog/@alihussain077
https://hive.blog/@malikusman1
https://hive.blog/@drtipu
https://hive.blog/@drhive75
https://hive.blog/@uop
As we have caught them, more and more users from their networks are joining the Hive platform, Event-horizon and Huzaifa Naveed are among them. Which can be seen here:
https://steemit.com/hive-136998/@stmpak.wit/purpose-to-make-stmpak-wit-first-steem-witness-from-pakistan
The reason they joined the Hive platform is that they doesn't like the centralization of the steemit platform which they realized after working there for 2 years and fooling thousands of newbies who are now stuck on steemit. . But but but the real reason was that they were fed up with the Club 100 rule and raised their voice against it and the Steemit team stopped upvoting their content. Now they had lost the high-value upvotes so they came here to build a new network.
