Growing up I was fat and i never liked being fat, I was always called fat or fatty which made me cry most of the time.

So one day I said to myself that I was going to loss weight and be healthier because being called fat was no longer funny, I told myself I can no longer continue like this, I had to make a change, that was when I started my weight loss journey, but I knew I had to do it in a healthy way as to not damage my body in the process of losing weight.
I started my journey by going out on a morning run, 5am in the morning I would be out of house, I started running for 2 hours every day of the week, they were day's I felt like giving up but I had to keep remaining myself of the promise I made before I started this journey that I would not stop untill I have achieved the propose of me running which was to lose weight, keeping that in mind was what kept me going. I also stopped eating late at night, funny how I would wake up in the middle of the night just too go to the kitchen and open the fridge to get something to eat, I believe that was one of the reasons I was fat and my sleep I can sleep for the whole day without getting tried, I knew I had to reduce the way I slept before I started the weight lose journey. I used to sleep every single day in the afternoon and when I slept it would be up too four to five hours when it's weekend's or we are on holidays. I just knew I had to reduce the sleep which I was able to reduce it to two hours everyday.
I also saw the benefits of losing weight, which helps to improve blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels, it can also lower the risks of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, prediabetes etc.

I created a nutritional diet on what to eat and drink to avoid eating foods and drinks that would make me fat. When I started this weight lose journey I never knew drink lots of water also helps with fat burning. I started drinking lots of water, drinking fibre-rich fruits which are low in calories and high in vitamins, no starchy vegetables, protein from sources like fish, beans,eggs, poultry etc, as they help keep you full and support body building.
