Yup, the 99% variety is mainly used in other recipes, but the 80-85% are tasty to enjoy as they are. They all say they are so healthy mainly because of the sugar content, in general, dark chocolate with content above 80% cocoa has around 15g of sugar while the same quality dark chocolate with 70 or under 70% cocoa they have 45-50g of sugar in the same amount of chocolate, 3 times difference. Where's the cake, was it posted?
Its the cacao wich in pure form is healthy they say. No post, it was a simple straight cake with choco pieces in it.
