Yes I have to admit, the 99% are strong tobac. It was a test as they all say its so healthy. So the main part of this chocolat ended in a cake 😂 there it was fantastic!
But I always loved those photos, never knew what to use them for. Yesterday they finally found the post to fit in perfect
Yup, the 99% variety is mainly used in other recipes, but the 80-85% are tasty to enjoy as they are. They all say they are so healthy mainly because of the sugar content, in general, dark chocolate with content above 80% cocoa has around 15g of sugar while the same quality dark chocolate with 70 or under 70% cocoa they have 45-50g of sugar in the same amount of chocolate, 3 times difference. Where's the cake, was it posted?
