Greetings,

Last night, while browsing the Steam platform, I stumbled across what might be the perfect game for HIVE. The goal is to run your hive so your bees can visit little flowers and make honey. The more honey you have, the more powerful your queen becomes. And the more powerful she gets, the more little larvae she produces—so you’ll have more and more bees buzzing around and pollinating flowers. And so it goes! It’s a simple, super-cute idle game.

Flowers to Honey

There you go—in just four images, you’ve seen the whole game! It’s free on Steam and currently in demo mode. I don’t know if it’ll cost anything later, and it barely takes up any space to download.

There isn’t much else to say about the game, except that it made me smile and got me thinking: this is the kind of little game that would fit right in on HIVE.

How are you all doing this fine Sunday? I finally have a blue sky with hardly any clouds and plenty of sunshine. It’s cold in the shade, but sitting in the sun is still lovely.

What else can I tell you?

Oh yes—today I’m not going to curate, or perhaps I’ll do it later. I need to get my voting mana back to 100%.
