Thanks for the Feedback @zekepickleman, I know it's a lot of information and it can be overwhelming but I always like to be as complete as possible leaving no room for interpretation or misunderstanding. In Short:

This is what is going on
Many bloggers who are putting in the effort want to see the upvotes on their post increase a bit without being forced to suck up to curators or bend their content to what is popular and gets more upvotes. This cruation project helps with that using a model that is very fair and transparant and which has been working great for years.

This is why you should care
If you plan to be on Hive for a long time to come, bringing regular posts with good enough quality, being part of this project will give you way more back in returns compared to having the extra Hive staked in your own account. This is achieved because I who is running this project adds and extra Hive investment each month and as the account grows, returns also grow. There are on top a lot of burned shares, all upvotes from inactive shareholders go toward the active shareholders and many who got in in the past overestimated their true willingness to keep blogging. While they are free to sell their shares at any time, pretty much everyone that quit now provides extra value to the ones that stay active. This is where a big part of the value comes from.

This is what you should do about it
I would say check the numbers for yourself as everything can be calcualted and is extremely transparant. If you want to get in, all info is provided in this post.

Right now there are 23 shares left in Level 31. The upvote for each share currently equals 2.8%, Up to 5 shares will give 1 Weekly Upvote (x7 value), everything above will give 1 Daily upvote and everyone with 11 Shares or more gets some curation reward dividends each time a new level opens up.
