Big congratulations on surpassing all of your 2024 goals, that's excellent! As to my perspective, I feel very similar to you that love, kindness, and reflection should indeed be practiced as a part of our everyday lives, not saved for one short time of the year. Words are great, but they're meaningless unless we apply what we say is so important to us. We need to actually do it in practical terms, with those with whom we interact, even and especially when it's not easy. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Of course, it is difficult to put your words into action. However, the whole thing is a process! Just 1% more every day results (mathematically) in an increase of over 300% over the year!
You just have to give yourself enough time to grow. Then it will become easier and easier in practice. And I'm sure many people would be more than surprised by the backlash!

Yes, it's true, we don't make massive changes at once, but rather make small changes, stabilize them, then make another small change, and on and on. 1% over a year's time can indeed add up to significant gain, both in our assets, and in our lives!
Indeed, compassion, patience, and understanding with ourselves is very important, knowing that we are growing and shifting in a positive direction, and learning to accept and appreciate the process.
