Welcome to my 136th Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update! I had a great first week of 2025, with two of my three weekly goals being reached and exceeded, and the milestone of 8,600 HP being crossed. I did, however, experience quite an unexpected, rapid, and harsh loss of income with the changes to DRIP, which has me still reallocating and reconfiguring assets to compensate.

Achieving and exceeding my HP goal of 8,600 HP (I only past 8,500 HP last week) was made possible by my powerup of 46.848 HIVE on the January HPUD, January HPUD - Hive Power Up Day - 46.848 HIVE Powered Up for the New Year!. At this rate I'll reach 9,000 HP quite soon indeed.

I also added one new diesel/liquidity pool to my list of those in which I have assets. With the changes in DRIP, I'm also putting a stronger focus on diesel/liquidity pools that pay out higher in SWAP.HIVE.

I gained +85.048 HP, +3.904 HBD in Savings, and +0.03 Reputation points over this past week, which means that I exceeded my HP goal by +7.451 HP HP, my goal for HBD in Savings by +0.322 HBD, but that I was under my Reputation goal by -0.01 reputation points. My Reputation goal is the most challenging to achieve each week because it's very difficult to predict, but I still shoot high and hope for the best.

In terms of my HiveBuzz rankings, I jumped +12 places in Reputation (which is the default view), I leaped +19 places in HP, and my ranking for HBD in Savings was unchanged from the week before. What a curious stark contrast, no?

So about DRIP. This a project and token that I loved, and in which I was heavily invested, with two large outside investments made into it several months ago. The very abrupt, quick, and radical change to the daily SWAP.HIVE payouts, where SWAP.HIVE was replaced with SPS, felt like a huge slap in the face to me as an investor in the project and token. A token that was extremely useful to me, from one day to the next, was turned into an asset of far lesser use and value. As such, I've begun to unstake all my DRIP (which unfortunately takes over a month to fully unstake), so that I can reallocate my investment into DRIP elsewhere. I'm still considering my options, but the main focus is to restore my daily SWAP.HIVE income, upon which I depended for my daily token management tasks.

I began to add assets to the BHRT:SWAP.HIVE diesel/liquidity pool, and I have a short list of other pools to which I intend to add assets soon. This partly because I always do periodic sweeps of the available pools that provide rewards for assets that I presently have, so as to better make use of them, and because I'm putting a lot more focus on diesel/liquidity pools that have high SWAP.HIVE payouts, as liquidity pools seem to be a lot more consistent and dependable than income tokens.

The last notable update is that I finally recalled my HP delegation to @stickupcurator, since they ended their curation service, and their daily LGN payouts, on January 4th. When my HP is fully recalled, I'll redelegate to @legionsupport, which also pays out LGN daily for HP delegations, just at a slightly lower APR, 12% compared to 15%.
