The Value of Hive Power and the Discipline of Saving for Unexpected Challenges.

Right from my younger days, my mom and dad have always taught me to always learn how to keep something even when it is not what I need immediately, and this is part of what they taught me, which has helped me to be able to save up whenever I need anything to do, but in the process of saving it is very hard because you have a lot of things coming in and most especially when you have some pressing issues to sort and the only option you have is for you to save up. Since I started hive, I have always been happy not just because I am doing hive, but because of the HP which I know that I can always keep it like a savings and I know I can't just go there anytime to remove it.

This has made me always work hard, and my plan all along was to always keep my stronger and be able to create my contents and get more HP's and probably possible by more to make my hive power stronger, but some days ago I started a power down, which I never intended to do because I have always been a fan of keeping something for the good purpose, and more so HP powering down has never been what I planned for, but sometimes, some challenges call for it, and I am still trying to get them out of the way.

I started the power down because I needed some money for my final year projects, and my supervisor has really been on my neck in the past few days. That is why I had to start the power down, and now I have gotten what I needed, and I have to stop it immediately. Going to school is something that I really love, but sometimes the thing associated with going to school is money because schooling at this time requires you to have a lot of money at hand, especially in my country.

This is where you see that even the federal school, which was supposed to be a lifesaver for the average person in the country, now charges people exorbitant money for tuition fees and every other extra charge too. Actually, the amount of money I needed for my final project is 200 thousand naira (approximately $118), considering the price of the exchange of dollars to naira. This is not just the whole amount of money I will need; but this is just the tip of the iceberg because I still have more to be paid.

But I have been able to pay some of the bills due to my ability to save. This was just a pressing need for me, which is why I did the power down, and now I think it is a mission accomplished for me, and I was happy because Hive has really helped me to be able to work hard and also be able to be saving every day without having the mindset of spending lavishly every day because every day of our lives really requires us to spend money, but we just have to save up for the dry times that we would need some urgent money, and we should be able to solve them. Now, I will continue to work hard to make sure that my HP is doing well and not doing power down again to make my account grow stronger.
