Saturday Savers Club Progress - Week 6 - 43.72 HP and 1.32 HBD

Greetings, everyone!

Well... life takes care to remind us how vulnerable we are, especially at those special moments when we feel on the summit.

Last Friday my father had a stroke. He's 70 years old, but a strong man. He makes his brandy, grows his food, and makes us feel miserable whenever he gets the chance to do so.

He hired some workers to change old pipes at his house, he got upset with them and my mother, and his blood pressure went through the roof. He immediately realized that something was wrong, and called the ambulance. Unfortunately, in the emergency room in a small city, doctors decided on the wrong diagnosis and treated him for hypertension. His luck was that I immediately drove with my sister towards him, with a cardiologist on the speed dial, and we brought him to a good hospital. He received the right treatment, and it seems that luck was on his side.

These events kept me engaged, and I don't need to explain how I failed to meet my goals for the Saturday Savers Club:

I selected two goals for the new year for my savings on Hive:

• Primary Goal: increase my stake by 5474.28 HP.
• Secondary Goal(s): increase my stake by 914.83 HBD.
