Trading crypto correlations on the market.

As a trader or an investor , you need to be someone who is always observant concerning what is happening around on the crypto market.

The crypto market have various coins which tends to have a price correlation meaning they move in the same direction or the direction of a particular coin determines the future direction of another coin..

As for me I believe that this correlations can be used as a trading strategy to help you consistently make cool profits most especially if you are someone who is into futures trading..

For example I noticed that there are some btc pairs on the futures market that correlates, those pairs tend to follow the current bitcoin movement to determine their own future price movement..

So what I personally do is that I will use the current movement on bitcoin to know what will happen to those coins within the next 48 hours and I will then place the trade in the direction that the bitcoin is currently in..

For Example let us say bitcoin price is falling on the daily chart , I will go and look for those coins that correlates with bitcoin often , I will now place a sell order on those coins , at that moment those coins might not be making any move at all , but I know they will soon become bearish simply because bitcoin went bearish , so they too will go bearish, if bitcoin goes bullish , they too will go bullish, the price movement will happen on bitcoin faster before the other coins catches up and join in the price direction..

Just do your own research concerning coins that correlates with bitcoin , then form your own trading strategy around it, and you will see that you will get better results as a crypto trader..
