Por outro lado, o IFIX dos Fundos Imobiliários, não apresentou tal impacto significativo, se mantendo por volta dos 3400, valor que já vem se repetindo à algumas semanas, podendo ser até 1 mês.
Indo para o mercado americano, o S&P 500 teve uma queda de 2,7% na última semana. Alguns investidores veteranos, gostam de recordar que mercados de alta tendem a fazer com que as pessoas se esqueçam dos riscos de ativos variáveis, e relembra que há sempre perigos. Ainda, quando você adquire um ativo à preços altos hoje, menor tende a ser o retorno dele no futuro, já que você fixa a sua aquisição à um preço X.
