So Long BXT Rewards on BeeSwap pools, and thanks for all yields!
The most excellent @gerber recently announced that the first iteration of BXT rewards to the 'other' pools have now stopped. They stopped around three days ago in fact, I know this because of the post and, well, the drop-off in my TASTY BXT rewards....
There used to be a pretty generous BXT reward drop to people providing liquidity in several pools such as SWAP.MATIC-SWAP.HIVE and SWAP.BNB-SWAP.HIVE, as I remember it there were around 6 pools in total, but now ALL rewards to these pools have ended, expect the SWAP.HIVE-SWAP.BXT pool.
I used to have a fair wedge in the SWAP.HIVE-MATIC pool and a little in the SWAP.HIVE-BNB pool, but I've pulled them now!
Where next for BXT...?
BXT is the token you get for providing liquidity on BeeSwap.
As far as I understand it there are currently just TWO ways of receiving BXT rewards: providing liquidity to enable conversions between HIVE-SWAP.HIVE and then the one remaining BXT-SWAP.HIVE pool on Hive-Engine.
I am not 100% sure how one provides liquidity here.. possibly it's sending HIVE or SWAP.HIVE to @hiveswap with a 'hive-engine' memo, but don't try that on my account!
Rewards (paid in Hive) to people staking BXT also remain.

I mean I guess no one was really swapping between those now defunct pools, which kind of makes them pointless. For me they were a useful way of holding some other tokens as a hedge against Hive going down and earning some yield, but for the most part I viewed these pools as slush funds waiting to spent on whatever interesting Hive projects come around, or eventually to be transferred out to the other token.
Clearly they weren't getting that much use!
So where to for my funds...
We are talking around 3K Hive here, so I think I am gonna split it between...
- Holozing - a lot of that swap.hive-matic was sold Zing, waiting to be used to buy starter packs.
- Matic and probably BTC - I'll pool somewhere on Polygon, don't know where yet.
- Some Rune to pair with some LTC I've got.
- Some Hive-BTC to pool on Cub.

It's been nice, I've enjoyed using you, and I am sad to see you go, but it is what it is, and one moves!
