Happy New year and my 28K Hive milestone.

I guess it is almost an year (or I can say year 2024) where I am kept my crypto activity at minimal, posted almost nothing, occasionally reading my feeds and almost paying no attention to the crypto price movement though I am aware of Bitcoin crossing $100K mark. Look like it slipped from there now.

Another surprise I got when I decided to convert my swap.hive to Hive today, when I converted my swap.hive to Hive and it look like I am getting more Hive for my swap.hive.

I guess , earlier it is used to other way around , but anyways after converting my swap.hive to hive and powering it up, I ended up having more then 28K HP, a milestone figure to start the year 2025.

After taking break from here, I focused on my career, though I did not achieved what exactly I was looking for but I guess I am in in little better position economically and as per job security. Also for the first time I did some research in stock markets and put some money there, though market crashes happening in last 3 month really making my portfolio in red. Currently I am putting money in stock in monthly basis ( similar to SIP) so I think my buying in these crashes will be give me return on later days. Focusing on stock market is also one of the reason that I am not following crypto market and if time permits, I will definitely like to share my learnings in Hive.

Checking on tribes , look like Hive tribes are still having tough time and currently I do not looked in deep in them.

I guess, I will focus on learning more technical stuff this year so that I can have more paying job but with all the job cut I am not sure if I stick to my current job that I am sure not going to change for at least next 2-3 years.(as client will remain with this stack for minimum of next 2-3 year and even if it migrate, atleast it need us to migrate.) I personally do not want to stick to old technology stack in name of job security and will be focusing on new skill development.
