Unfortunately, people tend to delegate HP to get "safe upvotes" from the project to whom they delegated... On one side, that sounds great as you will get more valuable upvotes, but on the other side, posts get less engagement, fewer followers, and less appreciation...
That's what I saw happening many times... But, there are exceptions probably... In some weird way, YOU as a delegator, are helping THEM to grow, while you are staying in the same place, relaying that you will receive upvotes from ONE party, while losing more small upvotes from your potential followers and friends...

Yes you're right, now i can imagine that I'm again on same place while i grow their project, although my aim is to grow my own account 😐
I never noticed that people has less engagement on post who delegate most of their HP to other projects but the funny thing is that there's no guarantee that I'll receive upvote from that project 😃
Maybe i did a mistake but I'm sure will not repeat it in future 😕
