Taking a lease at 8% APR and earning about 7% back knowing it's a financial loss but still doing it for influence and community impact? That's not just strategy. That's commitment.
I respect the vision. You're not chasing quick profits you're building influence, supporting quality content, and creating a space where good work gets noticed.
The goal of 1 million HP lease is ambitious. But the way you're thinking about it curation, community, contests that's how you build something lasting.

Thank you so much for your kind words. Yes, that’s exactly how it works. With this kind of lease, losses are always possible but my main goal is to support the community, so I’m willing to ignore such losses.
