Hello dear community,

I have now been able to mount the monitor on the new bracket using the screws I purchased.

I've also adjusted it so that I can easily change the height, angle, and tilt, and it still holds, so it doesn't move on its own. I once “tightened” the screw a little too much and slightly pinched my finger when the monitor tipped over.

But I'll still have to adjust a few things here and there, especially so that it fits properly with the second monitor. That might also get an upgrade at some point, but for now, I've spent enough money this, uh, last month.

I also have to look at the cable, I've only stowed it in the upper shaft of the arm so far, because the power cable is quite short, so I'll have to rearrange the power strip, PC position, etc. At the moment, I still have my old PC under the table and the table would also have to be replaced, it's a very small one, not really a desk at all.

But for a bigger one, I'd have to completely rearrange the room, and I don't feel like doing that. Plus, my hand has to heal first, it still hurts quite a bit from the fall.

Hallo Liebe Community,

ich habe den Monitor nun an die neue Halterung montieren können mit den gekauften Schrauben.

Soweit auch justiert, dass ich die Höhe, Winkel, Neigung gut verstellen kann und es noch hält, also sich nicht verselbständigt. Hatte einmal kurz zu doll die Schraube "aufgedreht" und mir leicht den Finger geklemmt, als der Monitor direkt kippte.

Ich werde aber noch etwas hier und da einstellen müssen, vor allem damit es mit dem zweiten Monitor richtig passt. Der vielleicht auch irgendwann ein Upgrade bekommt, aber erstmal war das genug Geld ausgegeben diesen, äh letzten Monat.

Muss auch mit dem Kabel noch gucken, habe es nur im Oberen Schacht des Armes bisher verstaut, denn das Stromkabel ist doch recht kurz, muss also da auch etwas umbauen mit der Steckdosenleiste, PC Position etc. Momentan habe ich ja noch meinen alten PC auch unter dem Tisch stehen und der Tisch müsste auch getauscht werden, ist ein ganz kleiner, eigentlich gar kein Schreibtisch.

Aber für einen größeren müßte ich den Raum komplett umstellen, dazu habe ich keine Lust und Nerv. Zudem muss dafür meine Hand erst mal wieder heil sein, tut noch ganz schön weh vom Sturz.
