Helloooo!!!
I bring you lots of greetings and a good wish for the start of this new week. Like always, welcome to ML-BLOG and I hope you continue keeping an eye open for the good work done from this side. So, to begin the new week, I taught of this post which I titled "getting Hive back on the gaining track".

I don't wish to start saying what hive is because I know I'm writing to hivians, which means everyone on this platform knows what hive is and how important it is to us hivians.

Knowing what hive is might be checked✅ by everyone but do we really know how important it is to us? This question bleeds my heart when I take a look at my estimated worth and see that which was supposed to be trippled if only hive was to be a gainer coin.

I remember joining hive platform when the hive token was valued at $2.4 USD. Not only did I meet hive at $2.4 USD, but I was also told that at some point, it gained over $4 USD. This makes me wonder, why doesn't hive want me to experience it at its best.

Let's not kill or criticize our own. Hive is not the only coin on the Losing end but again, hive is ours and thinking of its survival should be our duty. So if I may ask you, what is probably the cause why hive getting to $2 seem impossible for some time now? Please do not add sentimental or hatred why reading this because I come in peace. Having said that, I believe one of hive biggest problem is policy.

Hive as a platform should be able to attack investors if the right policies are in place. I understand the platform is a decentralized one, but sometimes I see the word decentralized as a hiding place or should I say excuses to shy away from some realities facing us. If I should speak very unbiasedly, it is highly possible for a system with human to be completely 100% decentralized.

I personally for sometime have percieved the platform as one that execute before trial. Don't get me wrong, I have had my issues which I do not claim to be 100% right but the truth I tell is that each of those time, I got executed before trial. A system with human habitants shouldn't be run so rigidly. Even the court of law offers fair trials before execution.

Anyway, that isn't the topic. What I am concerned with here is, how do we get hive back on the gainer track.

Hive Marketing
I truly commend the effort being put in hive marketing so far but same time, I believe there is always room for us to do more. Marketing is crucial for every business and not an easy task. One best way to go about marketing is to use people who understands the positivity of the product yet are ready to face critise with unbiased mind.

You can agree with me that some people are the worst advert to their own product, so getting marketing right also includes getting the right people for the job. This I strongly believe we can improve on.

Policy
Whether we believe it or not, having people constantly leaving the system, causes damage to the system. Come to think of it, why should a marketer's effort be wasted because of bad policies. This is a system of humans and the policies should be in the standard of humans not Angels. However, I personally think that there should be a review to some of the existing policies.

Let's together build policies that attract other than repels investors.

Lastly, appointments of jobs in the hive platform should be made according to levels of understanding. Let me leave it there before I'm accuse of crossing the line. Bottom line is, if we can get policy and marketing right, our precious baby (Hive) will bounce back on the gainer train which will undoubtably be of everyone's benefit.
