It's my first #LPUD | Powered Up and reached my first 1K staked LEO

Hello Readers,

Well, it’s the 15th of march today and if you open and start browsing hive posts, you will get overwhelmed by LPUD posts all over hive. If you are new in this ecosystem and probably don’t know anything about it, LPUD stands for Leo Power Up Day . On the 15th day of every month, the users who love the Leofinance project and believe in it, increase their Leo power with liquid Leo tokens. There’s a large and super active community of Leofinance who put their trust into this project and I think most of them have strong long term vision with Leo token and thus they all are accumulating as many Leo as possible to strengthen their Leo wallets over time.

If you ask about me, in hive ecosystem the splinterlands game was my main focus since the beginning and as I am playing splinterlands for years now, most of my earnings goes back into the game as I am continuously re-investing after different cards and SPS. That is another reason why I haven’t got the chance to get involved in any other projects even on a decent scale. But, as I started reading financial articles often posted on Leofinance, I realised the importance of diversification and why they say “don’t put all your eggs in a single basket”.

So my fellow Leo friends, please welcome me in the community as this is my first ever participation in this amazing Leo Power Up Day. To celebrate it for the first time, I bought around 369 Leo from Hive-Engine market and powered them all up into my Leo wallet. I had already around 631 staked Leo power in my wallet which I accumulated over time by collecting Leo tokens from my posts. So, today when I decided to take part in the LUPD, I thought why not increase my total staked Leo number to reach the First thousand. So I did exactly that and buying the remaining Leo tokens from market and them staking them all to make it total 1000+ Leo power. Currently Leo is being traded for around 0.0477$ per unit and I spent around 44 hive to buy the remaining amount from market. I am also thinking to become more active into the community as I really am learning new things about investment, more informations about certain coins, tokens or projects and also getting updated with global financial and crypto related news everyday, thanks to all my great fellow Leo post Writers. I personally think it a great platform in financial sector which brings enormous value not only to the hive ecosystem but beyond as well.

Leofinance is built on decentralised hive blockchain and here, not only you get to read from tons of financial blogs to help you understand a certain topic with more depth, but on the other hand you can also earn money in form of hive and Leo tokens just by writing good quality blogs that adda real value to the readers - and without any hassle or without paying anything. I believe strongly in this project as it’s actually bringing value on both sides. As we are currently in a bear market, I think it’s a great time to invest in Leo tokens if you are a long term visionary. Thinking with a long-term mindset, I think when the next bull run happens, the decision that I am taking today will definitely make me proud as we will se a significant growth in this project.

The growth of a project depends on many factors and for me, rather than looking into it’s price only, I also focus on the development and the value of a project. In this case, team Leo has been doing amazingly amazing by constantly developing and polishing their website to meet new functionalities and a great user experience. You probably have heard about LeoThreads which is a new project by Leo. LeoThreads is a decentralise web3 social platform quite similar to twitter where you can create short posts with a question, an opinion or just a thought of yours but unlike twitter, you may get paid in here. That’s just one example of what the Leo team is doing and the list goes on. So, obviously I believe in the project and will now be more active in here to educated myself financially over time the earning a few extra bucks to support life.
