If you want to participate in the pool, you have to STAKE WORKERBEE tokens to YOUR account and after that delegate to the @ph1102...
And regarding your question about Liotes, we accept HIVE POWER delegation to @liotes.voter, and for doing that, you will receive daily LEN dividends... + you get in our Liotes rankings that will bring you some more benefits if you rank close to the top...
Workerbee is not quite cheap, but let's see how many I can get.
HP, I have some coming this week and I'll definitely set a delegation.
