Staking 88 $GLX, to reach 350 Stake & 6.5 GLGT Milestone

I am also happy that I am making some solid financial strides this season as we celebrate Christmas. First is my first year on Hive as well as tangible upgrade in my crypto investments.

Investing in splinterlands related assets has been my obsession recently. I am happy that I also witnessed the launch of Genesis League Sports platform which has been my investment focus in the past weeks.

Today, being the 25th of December, I am giving myself a pat on the back for making a significant stride in my investment in GLX- the governance token for Genesis League Sports platform.

As at yesterday, my GLX stake stood at 264.662 and I successfully claimed 18 GLX in addition to the 1.468 obtained as airdrop for staking SPS token.

I bought 68.6 GLX in hive-engine market and transferred all of it into my Genesis League Sports wallet. This brought my GLX liquid to 88.151.

All of the liquid GLX tokens have been staked today. See link here. I am happy that this is the biggest one time GLX stake I've made and it's on Christmas day.

As I write this post, my total GLX stake stands at 350. This is a big one for me. I'm just 50 GLX away from my year end goal which was 400. I'm again tempted to push the year end goal to 500 GLX staked.

All of the capital used in buying GLX are drawn from my splinterlands posts earnings. It's unbelievable what participating in the weekly social media challenge has amounted to.

I'm sure that my stake GLX would be yielding as much as 3 GLX on daily basis and that means I should be 21 GLX richer by the end of this year from my staking reward.

Besides my 350 GLX staked, I am happy to reach a count of 6.5 GLGT token. We do not know yet the value of the token but I believe it would be significant especially as its yielding proportion is low compared to GLX.

350 GLX Stake & 6.5 GLGT Milestone is a great thing to celebrate on Christmas. It gets better each moment and we do our best to maximize the moments. This milestone is a big one but I'll make it bigger on new year day.
