I think a lot of people wants areas that are relatively friendly when it comes to the weather. When this happens often then the price of real estate skyrockets in that particular area.
Where do you think is the cheapest place to live in the States?

Maybe Mississippi, lots of swamps...Although North Dakota can be pretty cheap but very, very cold in winter. I'll pass on both! lol
