Ah man, I feel their pain there.
Staying disciplined enough to write every day is still extremely hard even for myself.
And when I miss a day or two, it's so hard to get back into the routine.
You can't teach discipline.
You either have it or you don't.

No one can. it's either you have it in you or you don't. It takes time and an effort to stay disciplined, but it all pays off eventually.
