Yes. As a newbie, it's better to make like thousands of comments every week and 1 or two posts maybe. Because unless people don't notice you or interact with you via comments, there is a good chance that your posts will be ignored even if they are of highest quality.

That's true, you have to work hard to be successful on hive too. To get noticed is the main work here
