In diesem Kontext könnte die lockere Geldpolitik Chinas, zusammen mit der zunehmenden finanziellen Unsicherheit, die Nachfrage nach Bitcoin als sicherem Hafen verstärken. Der bald in Hongkong startende Bitcoin-ETF könnte als zusätzlicher Katalysator dienen, der weitere Investitionen in die Kryptowährung anzieht.

Die Tatsache, dass die chinesische Bevölkerung in Ermangelung von Alternativen ihren wachsenden Wohlstand größtenteils in den Immobiliensektor gesteckt hat, hat zu einer extremen Blasenbildung geführt. Diese droht nun aufgrund mehrerer Faktoren zu platzen. Die schrumpfende Bevölkerung sorgt nicht mehr für die benötigte Nachfrage.

Sollten zu viele Kredite ausfallen und Löcher in die Balancesheets vieler Finanzmarktakteure auf den weltweiten Finanzmärkten reißen, könnte das im schlimmsten Fall zu einer weiteren Liquiditätskrise ähnlich wie in 2008 führen.

Die Ausweitung der globalen Geldmenge, kombiniert mit einer möglichen Finanzkrise, die ihren Ursprung in China nehmen könnte, könnte ein Szenario eines „perfekten Sturms“ für den Bitcoin-Preis aufbauen. Selbst wenn es – hoffentlich – nicht zu einem Szenario wie in 2008 kommen sollte, wird gerade der Boden dafür bereitet, dass eine Menge neues Kapital in die Kryptowährung fließen kann.

Jede Krise ist der Nährboden für einen Reset. Ob nach dem Reset Fiat-Währungen überleben werden ist fraglich. Es wird Zeit für vertrauenswürdige Alternativen?

My personal conclusion:

Every crisis is the breeding ground for a reset. It is questionable whether fiat currencies will survive after the reset. Is it time for trustworthy alternatives?
