It's up to the individual hat they want to vote for themselves or not. But again think about a scenario where you are upvoting yourself 10 times a day, which is absolutely wrong.

Definitely at times we even have users who upvote their comments on other's content,this is just something that measure should be taken against

Perhaps the guys set themselves, lol, lofty goals, so that when they achieve what they want, they switch to society) but, so far, I have not met such.
