Have System Rather Than Goals

Everyone has goals and might be a lot of people have common goals but only few people actually able to achieve their goals. For example, a lot of people try to reduce weight but only handful were able to do it, a lot of people's goals is to earn millions but only few people actually able to do. Why this happens, what differently people does to acheive the goals.

This is because goals might be same but to work towards the goal define whether you can acheive that goal or not. This is where the system comes into picture. Now someone might have worked towards the goal for sometime and they think that they can achieve it, then it's a problem. To achieve that goal you have to have a system which helps you to acheive that goal.

The main aim of the system is not to achieve only the goal but to become better of what you do. The system should be such that you are improving every day. For example, you want to run a marathon, that's a goal for many. But to achive that you need to have a system which helps you to achieve that goal. The system is nothing but habit building. For example, if you creare a system where you will run every week 100m more than previous week. This way you are becoming better runner every week. Even though you are adding just 100m, in some weeks you can achieve the unthinkable.

Everyday you are working slowly and steadily, but the end effect is great. For example if your system helps you to become better runner everyweek, than in 1 to 2 year you can actually able to run the marathon. This is true for anything you want to acheive in your life, you have to start small, try to add as you go. This habit will be build which is nothing but a system which helps you to acheive the goal and go beyond.
