Develop a Hobby

The problem with most working people is that we are too busy with our family and professional life that we don't get time for ourselves. And whatever time we get, we mostly waste in the dopamine by seeing the reels and shorts. At we think people enjoying their life and you are stuck in life. But the thing if you are not doing anything which makes you happy.

I am not saying that you should leave everything and try to be happy. You have to take some time for yourself and get into a hobby which will make you happy. You feel that watching movie, reels is actually making you happy but thats not true, these are just some short term enjoyment which vanishes by the time you are doing which you don't like.

Now with the hobby you will be able to be happy for that time. And you can always think about the happy moment you are having with the hobby. For some people it's that time where you are happy. People usually go for run, cycling, reading book etc. These hobbies are there means to be at the happy moment for that time. So even if you are unhappy with the 9 to 5 job you can always think about the happy moment with your hobbies.

Now it's not that you will have only 1 hobby, you can have more hobbies too. It's just that you have to be happy while doing your hobbies. For some people including me, the hobby is to go for the riding. Yes we can't go for riding every day and that's why we always think of weekends or some holidays when we cab go for riding. And that's why it's good to develop a hobby which will help you to be happy at that very moment.
